I’m going to search for the real truth in healthy food. No that whole grain bread isn’t good for you. Neither is that corn, soy or skim milk. It’s all shit, actually. Please argue with me. I’ve read up on real nutrition and I’m going full paleo. Fuck this half on bullshit. There’s so much that people think is good for you and in reality it’s not. Peanuts? Shit. Whole grain pasta? Shit. Corn-fed beef? It’s all shit. Yes you can eat red meat more than once a week. Yes you can have fats at every meal. EAT FAT! Carbs (that do not come from veggies/some fruits) are terrible for you. That is what’s killing us. I’m at work right now but after, I’m going to post links that prove all of this is true. Honestly I’m going to. Because everyone believes the lies that peanut butter is good for you and whole grain bread is great. No. No no no no. Unbalance of omega 3s and 6s. It should be 1:1, the average American diet is 25:1. THAT IS INSANE!
